CAPANNINA

The second house, La Capannina, is composed from 2 apartments, one of which is for 5 people while the other one is for 2 people. The apartments are very similar, both have the bedrooms and bathroom on the ground floor and a small kitchen with a further service to the upper floor. In front of the house there are table and deck-chairs.

 

 

SUNFLOWER

Next to the country house there is a little cottage, sunflower, of about 30 square meters, which can accommodate two or three people. It comprises a little kitchen, another space where there are a double bed, two bed-side tables and a bathroom. Perfect place for family with a baby or with animal because it is on the ground floor at the same level.

 

Downstairs in the Loggetta there is a small restaurant where genuine and home-made food cooked according to the typical Umbrian culinary tradition can be tasted. Meat, vegetables and wines are produced by the owners. On the second floor there are three double rooms, two of which have a bathroom in common, while the other one has its own private bathroom.
